Prescriptions are not typically given without the patient being seen and examined first. For refills, please call our office during normal business hours, and press option 13 for our prescription refill line to leave a message. Be sure to include the child’s full name, date of birth, a phone number where you can be reached, the name and dosage of the medication and your pharmacy’s name and number.  If you are calling for an ADHD medication refill, please include how your child is doing on the medication and if you prefer to pick up the prescription or have it mailed to you.   You may be asked to schedule a follow-up visit before a medication is refilled if deemed necessary by the physician. Refill request should be made 5 days before the prescription is due to run out.
